HOW TO LOG IN TO COMPASS

STEP 1

Click on the link below to open a new tab showing the Compass Log In Page.

Please note; A new tab will open however this current tab will also remain open for you to be able to follow the steps.

LOG INTO COMPASS

STEP 2

Click on ‘Can’t access your account?’

STEP 3

You will be taken to Compass Login Help:

• Enter your PARENT USERNAME (eg ABC0001) if you know it and click continue.  Please Note: You need to use your Parent username and password (NOT your student’s username and password)

OR

• Click on ‘I don’t know my username’

STEP 4

You will be taken to Compass Login Help ‘What is your email address or mobile phone number?

Please enter your email address or mobile number associated with Frankston High School.  Compass will send you a password reset link or a confirmation code to obtain access to Compass

If you don’t know your previously nominated email or mobile number and need further assistance click on ‘I don’t know my mobile phone or my email address’

STEP 5

You will need to contact the General Office on 9783 7955 to obtain details
