WHAT TO DO IF YOUR CHILD:
Email the Sub School Coordinators Office using the email above OR
Call the General Office on 9783 7955 and Press 1 OR
Send a note to the Sub School Coordinators Office including the date(s) of absence on the day of their return to school
Students must use their COMPASS CARD and check in late on the Compass kiosk located in the Sub School Coordinators Office. The student must hand the parent approval note to the Sub School Coordinators Office staff or place it in the correct ‘Notes Box’. If the student does not have approval on the day, a note, phone call or email must be supplied to the Sub School Coordinators Office the following day.
Students must check out using their COMPASS CARD on the Compass Kiosk at the Sub School Coordinators Office. The student must hand the note of approval to the Sub School Coordinators Office staff upon departure. Alternatively parents are required to email or call the school prior to the student leaving.
If students do not have approval to leave, the coordinators will be required to contact the parents before the student departs. Parents can collect students from the General Office but the parent must sign their student out on Compass Kiosk. (Subject to COVID-19 access restrictions)
Students must not leave the school grounds without approval.
Students must use their Compass card at all times when arriving late or leaving early
Send your child to the Sub School Coordinators Office with a note requesting a UNIFORM PASS at the start of the day. Where possible the school will lend a replacement item of clothing from our supply of clean second hand uniforms.
The student should report to the First Aid Centre where the First Aid Attendant will treat them or contact a parent/guardian if they need to be collected from school. If your child contacts you by their mobile phone (mobile phones are not permitted at school) please ask them to go to the First Aid Centre.
If you need to contact your child during the school day, please phone the Sub School Coordinators Office who will either pass a message on to your child or arrange for them to call you when they are not in class.
Mobile phones are not permitted at school and will be confiscated if seen by a staff member. If your child calls you on a mobile phone, please tell them to go to the Sub School Coordinators Office who will allow them to use the school phone if the matter is important.
