Bridin graduated from Frankston High School in 2017 and went on to complete a Bachelor of Arts at Melbourne University, completing subjects in international studies, communications and Human Resources. She has always seen herself as a people person and felt HR would be a good fit. Bridin started out at RACV working in their call centre and worked her way up within the organisation to become People & Culture Business Partner for RACV Solar & Home Trades Hub; she has now moved into a senior employee relations role where she looks after over 2000 employees across RACV resorts and clubs.

Bridin came back in 2025 to speak with the Year 9 cohort about her own career as well as giving some insight into what to expect from a job interview based on her experience looking after trade and apprentice roles and her current role supporting staff in entry level and part time or casual positions.
