Cass graduated from Frankston High School in 2017 before earning her Bachelor of Sport and Exercise and Sport Science and Bachelor of Business (Sports Management) over four years at Deakin University. Cass secured internships for herself in sports marketing, has worked as a surf life saving volunteer and even raised money to fund her world challenge trip, also gaining sponsorship from Kathmandu clothing. She now works at TGI Sport Marketing Australia as an account executive in the area of AFL talent management. Her passion and involvement in sports throughout her life have absolutely fortified her love for the sports industry she now works in. She is interested in taking the next steps to change the shape of how sports, sports people and sports marketing reaches audiences around the world.

Cass came back to school in 2024 to speak to Sports Coaching students about the range of careers available in sport. She is also contributing to a Vision & Values Steering Committee with other members of the school community and leadership.
