Dave graduated Frankston High School in 1999 and started his career in hospitality. He gained accolades both at home and overseas and now works with at risk and homeless youth at STREAT in Melbourne’s CBD.  This café provides seven-week courses where youth learn hospitality, communication and life skills.

Dave came back to school to address an assembly in 2017.
