Dave graduated Frankston High School and started his career in hospitality.

Gaining accolades both at home and overseas, Dave now works with at risk and homeless youth at STREAT in Melbourne’s CBD.

This café provides seven-week courses where the youth learn hospitality, communication and life skills.
