Natasha graduated from Frankston High School in 2006 and is now a Property + Project Lawyer at Law Squared in their Energy + Infrastructure Team leading Compulsory Acquisition, having followed a non-linear trajectory. She didn’t quite achieve the score she anticipated finishing school and so instead of going straight into law, pivoted to a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Criminal Justice) instead, which she ended up loving. On completing this course, Natasha worked as an office junior and then a paralegal in a law firm, working full time while also tackling her law degree full time at Victoria University. Upon completing her law degree, Natasha proceeded to work her way up to partner and head of the Compulsory Acquisition team acting for claimants in compulsory acquisitions against companies like VicRoads and the Department of Transport and Planning. More recently Natasha has moved on to her current role, where she is on the other side of the equation representing transmission, utilities and renewable energy providers acquiring land.
