Faulty Returns
Faulty items can be exchanged or refunded back to the original method of payment (wear and tear not included).
Refunds
Items will only be accepted for return if they are in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, unused). All refunds will be returned to the original method of payment. We will process refunds once garments are returned to the Uniform Shop. Please allow 5-7 business days for all refunds to be processed.

We are pleased to exchange an item providing the returned item is still in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, unused).
