Renee graduated from Frankston High School in 2016. After initially studying occupational therapy, she changed direction and went on to complete a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science (Honours) and a Bachelor of Business (Sport Management) at Deakin University. She is passionate about fostering positive sporting environments and developing resilience in athletes.

Renee is the host of Perfectly Flawed, a podcast that shares the stories of emerging athletes, Paralympians, Olympians, and high-performance experts, sparking conversations around mental health, identity, and personal growth in sport.

She is currently a Marketing Officer at Sportscover, working with national sporting organisations on sponsorships and supporting partnerships with elite athletes, including Olympians. Her role also involves engagement with premier industry events such as the Sport Australia Hall of Fame Awards Dinner.

Renee returned to Frankston High School in 2024 to speak at a Year 10 Work Experience assembly about her study and career pathway. In 2025, she spoke with Sports Coaching students and also taught netball skills as part of Year 9 Upskill Week. She returned again in 2026 to teach netball skills during Year 9 Upskill Week.
