From Soap Operas to Open Homes (and a Few Headlocks in Between)…….Tony graduated from Frankston High School in 1995 as School Captain – proof early on that he could talk his way into (and out of) most situations. With dreams of stardom, he jumped into the world of acting, landing roles in Neighbours and popping up in various TV, film, and theatre gigs.

Never one to stay in one lane, Tony also owned a restaurant, ran two Athlete’s Foot franchises, and worked across a bunch of customer service roles – basically, if it involved people, he was in his element. One day, a real estate agent next door noticed his sales skills in action and offered him a shot in property. Twenty years later, Tony’s still kicking goals (and not just in the Wing Chun dojo). Oh, did we mention he’s also a black belt and part-time bodyguard? Because obviously, juggling real estate, martial arts and a past life in showbiz makes perfect sense.

Tony came back in 2025 to speak with the Year 9 cohort about his own diverse career and provide insight around what’s involved in buying or renting a house and working towards financial goals.
