Callum’s journey in engineering began after graduating from Frankston High School in 2014, where he initially pursued an associate’s degree as a pathway into the Bachelor of Engineering program. Determined to succeed, Callum earned his Honours Degree in Engineering specialising in structural and civil disciplines from RMIT University. Currently employed as a structural engineer at Northrop, an Australian owned multi discipline engineering organisation with a team of 550 professionals across three states, including 40 in Melbourne, Callum thrives on challenging projects across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland. His portfolio has spanned a diverse range of sectors over the last six years such as education, health, industrial, leisure centres, disaster relief, and defence.
