Luke graduated from Frankston High School in 1994 and has 22 years experience as a Musical Director and conductor of large scale theatre productions in Australia. Luke is currently the Musical Director for Disney’s Beauty and the Beast in Australia, with other recent credits including Moulin Rouge, Come From Away, Jersey Boys, The Sound of Music and Kinky Boots. Luke is the co-creator of the vocal warm up app Warm Me Up, which has for over 10 years provided vocal warmups to singers worldwide. He also loves the teaching component of his profession, and is passionate about fostering and mentoring new talent. Luke is a qualified secondary educator and also loved tutoring at The Victorian College of the Arts and guest lecturing at Queensland Conservatory Griffith University. Luke has coordinated performances for large events and television with vocal and band arrangements being featured at Carols by Candlelight, with a particular highlight being seeing his co-arrangement of the national anthem being performed at the AFL Grand Final.

Luke came back to school to address an assembly in 2015 and again in 2024 to speak with Year 11 students interested in careers in music and the arts.
